Top Ten Tuesday #22 - Books I Would Love To See As A Movie/TV Show

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by the lovely people at The Broke and the Bookish. This week's topic is -

Top Ten Books I Would Love To See As A Movie/TV Show

This almost turned into a Top Fifty as there are so many but I think this is the best of the dozens I had written down :) If the book is part of a series I've linked to the series rather than the individual book.

Kingkiller Chronicle - Patrick Rothfuss

Black Dagger Brotherhood - J R Ward

Nevermore - Kelly Creagh

Wondrous Strange - Lesley Livingston

Bitter Greens - Kate Forsyth

Graceling Realm - Kristin Cashore

Merrily Watkins - Phil Rickman

Peter Grant - Ben Aaronovitch

The Thirteenth Tale - Diane Setterfield

Thursday Next - Jasper Fforde
What do you think? What would you love to see on the small/big screen?

  1. Ben Aaronovitch's series has been optioned for TV so we might get lucky and actually get to see it. The Thursday Next series would be a lot of fun, especially if we could see all of Dickens' grim characters actually enjoying themselves. I went with strong urban fantasy and paranormal romance heroines for my T10T

  2. I have The Name of the Wind on my shelf, but I haven't gotten around to read it yet! Maybe seeing it on your list gives me a boost to read it before my lectures start. :) Great list!
