This is a hard question because I love SO many fantasy novels. But in the spirit of Halloween and celebrating spooky stuff, I really love Nevermore by Kelly Creagh. It was atmospheric, creepy, and had a slow building romance. Plus, you can't go wrong with a novel that features Edgar Allan Poe's writing! :)

ReplyDeleteThis Halloween month I've read two books that I think would be great Halloween reads and rereads. They are The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer and The Poisen Princess.
ReplyDeleteI usually read a Stephen King novel for Halloween but this year I'll probably re-read Cryer's Cross by Lisa McMann since it was pretty creepy

ReplyDeleteI don't read scary books on Halloween. I read them whenever I feel like scaring myself. I recently read The Hallowed Ones and it was so creepy. Everyone should read it.
