Book Haul #103, Or The One Where I Fall Off The Wagon A Bit...

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly event hosted on Tynga's Reviews where we can share what new books we've picked up this past week be they bought, borrowed or downloaded. There are also lots of other 'book haul' memes out there for you to choose from!

As you may have guessed from this post's title I bought books this week, not a huge amount but still more than I wanted to. I think because I had a gift card I got into the mindset I could buy anything I wanted and it didn't count... Crazy, crazy thinking but at least I was fairly restrained! Keep thinking holiday & ComicCon!!! It was my library book delivery this week too but I think I'll leave that until next week as I got a lot of books, and by a lot I mean about thirty. Yes, thirty library books...

Here's what I got for review this week and what I spent my gift card/hard earned pennies on!

  2. I think having a gift card is a great excuse for getting more books! I've spent most of this year trading my unwanted books to a friend in England who gives me Amazon vouchers to cover the postage. Naturally I spend those vouchers on more books as it would be rude not to! *grins*

    1. What an amazing idea! I used to do something similar but the friend who sent me books stopped reading (!) so no more. Of course it would be rude not to spend them on books ;)

  3. You had a gift card, so no worries! You got a great selection this week. Razorhurst, Becoming Jinn and City of Fae sound awesome! I hope you enjoy everything. And...30 books! Whoa! I can't wait to see what they are! Have a great weekend!

  4. Something Coming Through has such a horrid cover, but it sounds interesting. Trailer Park Fae is one I was tempted to snag, but I just don't have time for another title right now.
