Something Wicked Returns Giveaway!


Welcome to the Something Wicked Returns Blog Hop Giveaway, hosted by Heidi@Rainy Day Ramblings Candace@Candace's Book Blog, Maja@The Nocturnal Library and Ali@My Guilty Obsession!

Anyone who knows me is familiar with my love of all things Halloween and spooky so this month long giveaway is perfect! The prize for this giveaway is a book (up to the value of $15) that's spooky, scary, or terrifying - or all three! If you don't want to choose a title then you can pick either The Shining or Doctor Sleep from the master of scary fiction, Stephen King. The giveaway is open internationally as long as you live in a country that the Book Depository ships to, check out this list to see if your country is there. The giveaway starts now and runs until midnight on October 31st, all you have to do is fill out the Rafflecopter!

  57. I actually haven't read that many scary books. I have read a lot of murder mysteries, but those are usually not that scary. I really want to read some of Stephen Kings books though, because I've heard so many good stories about them.

  60. I actually haven't read a lot of scary books but the one that probably creeped me out the most was Gothika by Clara Tahoces. And I've never read anything from Stephen King (except for a short story for a class) so I'd like to read something from him!

  79. Not to say Stephen King, I'd say Liz Long. It's not as scary as Mr. King, but it's something hahaha and the story is pretty good (Witch Hearts). I really, really liked it

  82. I am only just now starting to read really scary books, but since I am a wimp, some mystery books are creepy to me, so I would have to say the older Mary Higgins Clark books (not the ones from the past 3 years or so)

  83. Alfred Hitchcock, Bella Lugosi and Vincent Price will always be the Kings of Horror to me!! Vincent Price is from St. Louis which is where I live. We had a Vincent Price movie festival last year. It was AWESOME!

  97. I'd have to say my favorite is Anna Dressed in Blood. I haven't read any books yet that have truly scared me, but this one came the closest, plus it was just awesome and kinda gory in places. Thanks for the awesome giveaway!
