Top Ten New-To-Me Authors I Read For The First Time In 2016

Not so many new-to-me authors this year for some reason as I've been reading lots of sequels and things but authors I'm already familiar with. Some of these are debut authors, some are authors I've been meaning to read for years, from Middle Grade to YA to Adult fiction, but I loved them all!

  1. I just read Saga not that long ago when I found it at my library. I absolutely love the series and the artwork. Great list, thanks for sharing!

  2. Ooh, looks like you read some great authors this year! I'm sorry to say that I've hardly read any of the authors you listed. These all look really good though, so I think I'll have to check some out. Nice list! :)

  3. How fun to just discover Brian Vaughan this year! He has lots of great stuff other than Saga. :)

  4. I don't think I have read books by any of these authors! But "Into the Woods" has been on my TBR list for a while. i'm glad to hear you enjoyed it, and I hope I get a chance to read it in 2017!

  5. I'm so glad you loved When We Collided - it was such a brilliant book! But I might actually have to give the other authors on your list a go - while I've heard of them all, I haven't read any of their books, so that might be a good place to start 2017. Great post!

  6. I have only read Under Rose-Tainted Skies so far but it was brilliant. One of my favourites of the year.
