Top Ten Eleven Books/Series I Want To Reread
I'm a re-reader, always have been and always will be. I don't get to re-read anything very often but these are the books/series I do. I'm in the middle of a GRRM re-read right now and I'm hoping to get to the Patrick Rothfuss books soon so I can read The Slow Regard of Silent Things with the story fresh in my mind!
North and South |
The Kingkiller Chronicle |
Wuthering Heights |
Jane Eyre |
Dark Cathedral |
When Marnie Was There |
Anne of Green Gables |
The Dark Is Rising |
The Weirdstone of Brisingamen |
A Song of Ice & Fire |
Marianne Dreams |
Gosh....lot of great books, And I didn't read one of those. Shame on me. So much more for my to read list.

My top 10
Of these books I have only read The Name of the Wind and I definitely agree on that one. It's a wonderful book and so much happens in it that I don't remember half of it.
ReplyDeleteGreat list! Dark Cathedral sounds like a very interesting duology, I'll have to check it out at some point. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat list! lol I haven't read a lot of the books on here but they all seem really good!
ReplyDeleteSo many lovely books and a couple I don't recognize. I wish I had thought to include the Anne of Green Gables series! I actually stalled in the middle of one of Freda Warrington's books this year (A Taste for Blood Wine) but do hope to get back to it. She's an interesting writer. Looking at the books you include - she certainly likes things dark and Gothic!
ReplyDeleteGreat list! I'm a re-reader, too, and I really need & want to reread North & South, The Name of the Wind & Jane Eyre (and those Bronte covers are awesome). Happy re-reading!
ReplyDeleteI really need to start reading Anne of Green Gables and Game of Thrones, seeing as I have both of them waiting on my shelf! Rereading Game of Thrones seems like it would take some time though ;)

Hm, not sure if that comment actually just submitted, so trying again -- sorry I'm so late in returning your visit! Busy week. I totally agree on most of your choices I know, though I'm not an Emily Bronte fan... The Anne of Green Gables books are amazing, though, and it's nearly the right time of the year to reread all the Susan Cooper series...
ReplyDeleteThose Bronte books are just beyond beautiful!!
